After yoga, its on to deep relaxation!!!

In which position do you prefer to see me? Hey you, today Im going to take you to the mat :D But not like you think Im just done with my yoga session and I still want to show you... how flexible I am by now hahaha if you know what I mean. How do you keep fit in your everyday life and do you do anything at all....? Or are you more of a couch potato? :p I just have to ground myself from time to time in this hectic everyday life. Whats the best way to cum down?
