The patient comes to us with a cock problem and so we need to examine him not only from the outside but also from the inside. Dr Carmen Rivera, nurse Vegas and I check his urethra for functionality by inserting dilators. One by one they get bigger and bigger and the piss hole gets stretched really wide!
