Today is day 18! In the last video, I put you to the test - and many failed. Half have given up, their cages have burst... but youre still in it. Be proud - youre one of the few who really submit. But today its all about absolute control. In this clip, youre given a clear, non-negotiable instruction that you must fulfil immediately. No hesitation, no ifs and buts. Im also interested in how you feel at the halfway point: how does your desire feel, your pulse, your discipline? I want to know. Locktober is not a game. Its a test. And today you will prove once again whether you are worthy of continuing.
