A girls weekend should not be short on sporting activity, so Lady Nora and I have prepared a workout for us. The exercise balls give us plenty of options: We can shoot the slave with them, stretch with the balls on the slave or warm up with jumping exercises. The slave itself is also a versatile piece of sports equipment. After all, physical exercise should be fun... at least for us ladies! (Language: DE)
