Community service is not always stupid

I have to do community service for causing a public nuisance. And in a workshop that I otherwise have nothing to do with. And apparently the boss there doesnt like the outfit Im wearing now. But maybe I can somehow convince my current boss to give me a good assessment. How am I going to do that?
