Im also concerned about your health, which is why Im doing a neck exercise for you today. Here you can see how I let a milk run over my hot body, once sitting and once standing. And there are two versions of this. Once you have to tilt your head to the left and once to the right *fg*. Have fun with this exercise ;-).
