My "drain" was blocked. When nothing helped, I called the emergency services. It soon turned out that the young mans pipe was also blocked. So we helped each other to relieve the pressure. With success ... now it flows again on both sides and at no cost. Thats how I like it. Thats what I call great customer service *grins**
